Questions on OEM TPMS Sensors
Does anybody know what type of battery model is contained inside the 2010+ OEM TPMS sensors?
How do you access the battery? Also what is the typical battery life? I need to have my TPMS sensors transferred from one set of wheels to another set of wheels. Before I do so, I was considering buying four new batteries for them since I fear that the batteries may wear out before the tires need replacement. My car is a 2010 M3, so the batteries have been running for about 2.5 years now...My car will be out of warranty in about 7 months so I'm not going to rely on the dealer replacing the batteries for me. |

Googled this real quick:
