3g Iphone Announced...Questions

Steve Job's announced the 3g Iphone today. Unlike most of you apple Fanboys out there, I won't be in line to orally copulate Mr. Jobs or massage his ballsack, but I am excited for this product. I have been for a while.

I tried the original iphone for a couple of weeks. I thought it needed more speed, which it will now have with 3g. But I also wanted some other features, such as Exchange email and GPS which are now being offered as well.

What are your thoughts on this? Also, does anybody know if the 3g Iphone will have "Cut and Paste"???...a feature that some see as "tiny" but for me is huge.

Who Else Has Cut & Paste?

Palm? Game over in spite of U2's cash infusion. RIM's Blackberry? The Bold was intriguing for all of five minutes. Nokia & Symbian? Maybe, but who cares, it's Symbian.

Google's Android is the most intriguing, however I am firmly established in the Mac ecosystem, and cut and paste really is not all that important to me even though I can understand its importance to others.

You're kidding, right? Cut and Paste is one of the most essential functions of a business phone in my opinion. And by Apple trying to test the waters of a corporate enviroment, they absolutley have to include cut and paste in the iPhone.

An exchange capable iPhone with no cut and paste, is just as useless as a girl without genitalia.

Wait the iphone wasn't 3G to begin with? Lame, my HTC Tilt has done its job internationally and home, blackberry connect, and 3G

The iPhone still doesn't have cut-and-paste, still has a crappy 2 megapixel camera, still doesn't have a browser that supports flash (but perhaps a different browser can be added via AppStore), and (my personal favorite) still doesn't support A2DP (streaming stereo). But, I'm still going to buy it

dude, if you want to know whats gonna be on the iphone in great detail, head over to www.gizmodo.com

those guys love all things apple related, and they have some decent coverage on the new 3g phone and potential jailbreak stuff for it.

or just get yourself a WM6 enabled HTC phone. great stuff.
