Breast Augmentation Advice

Inquiring minds want to know!

Your imput on breast augmentation is greatly appreciated! What do you prefer natural or enhanced? If enhanced, please give your imput on the questions below.

- Saline or Silicone?
- If silicone are "cohesive gummy bear" implants safe?
- If saline, is rippling likely?

- Preop size = 32 A Height = 5'0"
- Go to 32 C or D?

- Under the muscle or over the muscle?

- Through the armpit, nipple, under the breast or through the belly button?

Depends on the person, if it should even be done. I prefer au naturale', but I can understand why people would want it done. I would say that A > D is quite a large change, and might be too much for the person getting it done, especially with a smaller frame (32"), and shortish 5 footer.

I've also seen some hacks in the past, and it seems that the underarm is the least visble method, when all is healed. Under breast and areola incisions leave scars that are more noticable, and can decrease sensitivity (nipple).

I'm waiting for the first person to say "This thread is worthless without pics".

I've been told that a common rule of thumb is that you should go a little larger than you think you should be as a high percentage of women regret not going a little larger post op.

Let me tell you something. I've dated 4 ladies with fake boobs. Was engaged to 2 of those. Any woman that gets these is fuc8ed up in the head, IMO.

Can some So. Cal. brothers back me up on this one? All my bros agree with me and I have yet to meet a woman with fake tits that has been all there mentally. Unless as Niki said its for sagging or cancer you might as well post a sign on your forehead "I am good for screwing, but nothing else"

My advice: SEE A THERAPIST and invest the rest of the $$ you will save. Learn how to cook or bake an apple pie and men will come.

I just don't understand the point of it, like do people really feel that self concious? And usually they look like little round balls that someone stuck onto a body, especially someone 5'0", because well that's what it is. I also think it's disgusting, and if anyone has ever seen the procedure on any of those shows I don't know how they could go through with that. Push up bras/padded bras are one of the worst forms of false advertisements. Anyone who considers augmented breasts shallow should check to make sure she is not wearing a padded or push up bra. If you use such bras then you must have the same insecurities - you just haven't taken the next step. To each her or his own IMHO.

The main BS excuse I have heard from the ladies is that they want their clothes to fit better. Most of the breast implanters are divorcees that have low self esteem or dumb chicks that have nothing personality-wise so they make up for it with plastic tits. From a dude's perpective, it looks HOT but natural feel and look better.

I have a friend who had them done but they look really good on her. She is about 5 ft 6 and like 150ish pounds. Before she was an A and now she is a D so it just fills out her figure, but no one believes they are fake. She did under muscle I believe.

I've dated both types: with and without. There's something soo freakin HAWT about huge knockers on smaller framed women!! I mean seriously... not wanting any serious relationship for the foreseeable future, why not have fun with those big ass jugs! The possibilities!! WOOOOHOOOOO!!!

Rationale re: why they do it or not, I don't really care. Life's too short to judge others for the actions that they do that affects themselves. IOW I got enough fookin problems the last thing I need is to become a therapist to some chick over getting bigger tits.

Oh, UNDER the muscle... stay away from the areola... that's the bodies most erogenous zone (IMHO): go through the armpit or bellybutton... Double up ~ A -> C+, B -> D+

Bro I don't know if I can back you up 100% but what I've observed: the younger they get 'da jugs, the more fooked up they are. Early in adolescence is when people generally are most vulnerable and easily misdirected.

Here's my .02... As they get older, chances are they've kicked off their careers, achieved some stability in life, completed major milestones like completing college, etc., thus the impression of stability.

Let's not forget however way this debate flows is that this is a personal decision. I won't judge but I'll certainly play with em!

Basically every girl has some insecurity, but a push-up bra and getting breast implants are on two complete ends of the spectrum.
Probably 95% of bras purchased at Victoria's Secret are pushup bras, and I don't really any girls really that don't wear them.

lol I think this one girl told me that her boobs are too big for her frame that it actually hurts. It's always pulling her forward a lil bit and when she tries to carry things like boxes, they'd always fall down.

It really depends on the figure. If someone's like 5'1, slim, and has D's it'd probably look pretty damn hot. If someone's like 5'1 and weighs 150lbs with D's it wouldnt be attractive at all.

Also if someone's like 6 ft and is slender, D's would look weird on them cus one of those jugs is bigger than her body.

WIth that being said, im with Mava on this one. Im more an ass guy than tits.
