Anyone know anything about special order paint etc?
Is it possible (yet) at all to order special paint or interior (as in previous model M3s)???
I would really like to get something special like Estoril Blue with Silverstone II interior... I am just not in love with the current color palette being offered. |

Special order paint
Will Shaw at Long Beach BMW told me he could order special order paint. Yes on the M3. This was also told directly to me by Larry Koch BMW brand manager. Priced it out for me to get titanium silver. I believe he can get any paint currently used at Regensburg. Not laguna seca blue
Not sure about individual. |

Nice. Not bad at all; I would consider doing that for the right color.

I would also consider Stratus Grey from the M6...
Estoril isn't currently in production so I don't know if they are willing... Hmmm. Like I said I am just really not satisfied with anything from the current palette... |

Colors too complex for my eye.
Bronze could be interesting. maybe I'm colorblind, but some of the M3 unique colors look just a little off. I guess I just like primary colors or relatively pure pigments. The paint mixes seem rather complex which does add interest and changes more depending upon lighting and surroundings. I can understand those guys that want laguna seca or estoril blue. I may go for silver as it seems a litttle more understated or subtle. I'm not looking for attention.
