New Performance spoiler installed

This will have to be one of the last things I do to the car... at least for a while!

I found this spoiler on eBay and although I was nervous ordering something from Taiwan I took a chance because the price was SO low, the spoiler is painted, and the auction showed that they appear to be very meticulous of their bodywork. Well, I am not disappointed! This spoiler looks incredible!

Looks awesome! The convertibles have it rough. I kept hearing the OEM performance spoiler wouldn't fit without gaps.

So I settled with the M3 lip.

Hey thanks! So sorry to not include the seller. I copied the link but never pasted it in. Here is the auction:

Do you have pics of the lip on here? I'm curious whether they scrape on those cement parking lot stops. I'd hate to accidentally tear it up.

I'm also considering a rear diffuser but the end I like, of course, is the challenge which is nearly impossible to get.

When I say M3 lip I mean trunk spoiler. I have a 328

But as far as front lips go I think the OEM Performance splitters offer good clearance. And I think they really look cool on white M3's.

My favorite diffuser for the M3 is the new vorseteiner GTS-v. But my second is the challenge and like you mention I hear it is a unicorn.

Good luck! The car is beautiful

Thanks! Yeah you'd think with the $$$ you pay for this the car would be enough. My better half is constantly doing face palms when I talk about new additions. LOL

Oh gotcha. Yeah I get bass ackwards sometimes with the terms. Thanks for setting me straight. I'll check out the Vorsteiner GTS-v!

Looks good!

I've been looking for something larger than the other lip spoiler available for the E93.

How's the paint quality? Any weird ripples or imperfections?

Hey. No not at all! I was concerned about that when I was looking at the auctions and this was something they actually address in their listing. The paint is PERFECT. And more than enough 3M tape. Plus adhesion promoter. This thing is locked down to the trunk so tight. Plus they stated it would take a week to paint and 3 to ship to U.S. But I had this thing shipped in 1 and delivered in the second week. I highly recommend these peeps.
