Diff and MT fluid change under Original Maintenance Plan DONE BY BMW right before 50k

I think most people are aware that these fluids are changed at the 1200 mile service but I was notified by a friend (thanks Chris)that they should also be done after the 3rd oil change UNDER the Maintenance plan. 3 separate SA's told me this didn't need to be done...until I showed the last one this: see below "pic" for PDF link.

I hope you didnt hit your 3rd oil change at 50k but then again I would think the tranny and diff fluid would last longer than this..

I did the third at around 40k (I bought the car at 37k miles). I plan on doing oil changes every 5k miles with M1 0W40. I did an oil analysis and it came out good so I'm happy. BTW the SA tried saying "well you didn't have the third oil change here". Fortunately they covered it.
