Opinions on this E90 M3?
Hi everyone,
I was interested in the following 2008 E90 M3. When I checked it out, the car seems to be in decent shape. There was some wear and tear but that's to be expected with an 08. Maybe it was the cloudy weather, but silverstone metallic seems to be more blue than silver. But other than that it had most of the options I was looking for. What do you guys think about the car? Does the price seem fair? http://www.bmwofmountainview.com/use...fb0ae2703c.htm Thanks! |

I'd take it. Good price with only 56k miles. 6 speed with navigation is hard to fine in an E90. Throw in about $10k in mods to include a supercharger, exhaust, etc., and you'll have a beast!

Pricing seems fair.
I also picked up my E90 M3 from BMW of Mountain View. The internet sales manager is Michael Borbet, he's very firm on pricing & can come off as arrogant and unfriendly over the phone. I suppose my bargaining strength was already disadvantaged as soon as they ran a preliminary check and found out i was driving from Socal to see the car, which means i either really wanted it or not at all...nothing in between, so when i showed up with 7 of my friends at opening, i was easier to read than the first letter of the Snellen chart. Also be careful when you take delivery, as those guys certainly are not.

Thanks everyone for the help, this forum has been extremely useful in learning about this car. After negotiating with the dealership for a while, I managed to get them to lower the price by 1K and I purchased the car.
The car is great so far in terms of the acceleration and noise. And I'm pretty surprised that the ride seems to be no worse than my E46 330i with sport package. Thanks again |
