Smaller pulley on a SK1 Gpower, how to choose the size?
Hello guys
I'm looking for a way to have more power on my BMW M3 SK1, on it, I have the ASA T1-518 with a 165mm pulley, the actual pressure is 0.3bar/4.35psi, according to the ASA data and since I have the K07 clutch, I can put a pulley of 145/150/160mm. How can I know what is the best choice for my compressor? There is the link of my compressor and the pulley choice. Thanks guys http://www.asa-kompressor.com/filead...06-12-2013.pdf http://www.asa-kompressor.com/en/pro...offset-141-mm/

Just found out that Gpower put me a 165mm pulley instead of the 155 for my kit
I'm speaking now by mail to see if they can send me a 155mm for free since it is their mistake...We'll see, the kit was put on the car 26 month ago so...

Give us your impressions when you get the smaller pulley.
I always liked that G-Power kit. Very nice.

Btw from a pulley of 155 to 165, back of the enveloppe calc, your power output was likely reduced from 550 to 470. That would explain your dyno results quite accurately.

Yes, the thing is I bought the car just 3 mothn ago and the first owner was a pretty old men so...I like the Gpower system because the power is here even in lower rpm.
Mwhat, on your calcul, you have to consider that this type of compressor has a ratio of 1.15 since there is a clutch system. Can you do the calcul with that parameter so I can have an idea?

Probably 90-95 hp vs 75-80 hp loss before. Mechanical randomness across different cars, I think you will be spot on, or right above the 560 mark with your supersprint.
