that sounds about right for CDN price from the dealer with CPO though you can still budge a little more. which dealer is it from if you dont mind me asking?

Looks like the dealer is going to make a killing off the car ... even if it's sold in the low $50's. The fair value of the (CPO) car is $43K max in my opinion. I guess if you want it bad enough, you will pay any price.
Dealer probably paid $40K (the most) |

where? a quick search of bmw website and autotrader shows you can hardly find any e92 less than $50k whether cpo or not. e90 sedans are at least high $40's. $54k seems to be in line with the market. a couple of thousand dollars off that would be good. but the OP won't get it for anywhere near $43k. not even private sales are that cheap. Canadians as usual are being price gouged. Personally I'm giving serious thought to importing from the US. cars there are dirt cheap compared to here, at least $5-10k difference.

The only ones that cheap have closer to 80K, no Nav, no options and some nasty colour leather that no one wants. |

Like I said, everyone is going to have a different valuation of what a car's worth. To me, it not worth in the mid $50's for a 4+yr old car. I am just giving my own opinion of what's the fair value of the car, I know the market is simply capitalizing such a niche car but if that's what you want to pay, then it's totally up to the individual.
