SA keeps calling you when you are looking for a car?
Recently im looking to trade in my m3 for an 2011 e92 m3 and shopping around. Have been to bmw dealer and talked to the SA for a while. Before i left the dealer he asked my contact info and thats no big deal so i left him my number. Then i tell him that give me a week to think about it because its a 70s car, not buying a drink in supermarket. So i have been working on the numbers, thinking of part out or just swap the parts.......And the SA keeps calling me every day. I picked up and tell him that i need a week to think about it but he makes me a call in the morning, one in afternoon every single day. This distracts me a lot.

Tell him if he doesn't stop calling, you'll just go to another dealer that has patience.

In fact one of the salesman kept bugging me when I was in the market for a new DD this past spring. When I told him I purchased a MB C350 AMG he send me an e-mail telling me that "the 5 series deserved consideration before I purchased the MB" The same salesman is now working for MB down the road ... funny how that worlks

yeah dont take that kind of salesmanship.. tell him to listen to you or screw the potential sale. He's not making good follow-ups, he's being downright pushy.
Ridiculous.

say if the car is 72K offer him 60K-61(because this is all you have ..."sorry") and he will stop calling or give you an awesome deal! because it seems like he really needs the sale so it will be a win-win for you |

I can't stand sales people like that. I was looking at a GT3 and the guy from the dealership did the exact same thing. It went even deeper because he would talk to me about everything from the car to my current cars and motorcycles etc.... Every call was 20-40 minuets out of the day, he was a nice guy don't get me wrong, I'll always talk about cars but as you stated it gets distracting when your trying to work. I did end up with a invitation to their private party for the new dealership that they opened for their customers even though I didn't ever buy anything, so that was nice

I'd buy from the same dealer but from his biggest competitor on the sales floor! Wave to hm while you're signing the papers.

Passive aggression is not good for anyone.
"Hey there, thanks for the follow up. As I said, I need at least one week to decide. Moving forward, please don't call me for at least one week. Thanks, let's talk in a week." If he calls again after that sooner than a week, tell him fuck off unless he has some important super special he's going to throw at you to not have you shop around. If it really is a special deal that entices you, then you may want to listen. If it's some phony scheme to chime in on your ear, back to square one, tell him to fuck off.

He told me that many people made an appointment to stop buy and really interested in the m3. So if there are really many people craving for it, why he keeps calling me.....just wait for another customers. I think i better deal with another SA

Actually I sorta pity the salesman, as he might be desperate for sales to meet his monthly quota or he is in need of urgent cash. He might also be a newbie and does not know the proper sales techniques.
Maybe you might wanna talk to him nicely, feedback to him that he is coming down too hard on you as a customer. Ask nicely for some space, you will let him know if you have made a decision. Unless the salesman is a jerk or starts giving attitude after telling him nicely, I would still buy from the guy. Cheers

Use the Guys persistence to your advantage, tell him you won't buy unless he gives a good discount, have a figure in mind.Hit him with a stupid offer, you never know.

If I were you, I would do what the salesman says. After all, he is a professional.
I would go somewhere else...I hate being hassled, especially after you already told him you needed a week.
