From a recent C&D article on the new F12:
Research undertaken by Ferrari with its 599GTB Fiorano customers indicates that 20 percent of them use their cars on a daily basis.

Something to consider for the future; most auto insurance companies offer "Substitute Transportation" coverage that provides a rental car allowance of $30.00/day for substitute transportation if your car is not drivable due to an accident. The cost obviously varies by location and by company but in Massachusetts, the cost is around $50-60 dollars a year. There is usually a maximum benefit per year of some amount but the average is around $900.

Oh please, m3post miscontrues what I say again.. I quoted the OP saying thaty the M3 is not really a practical car in rain or snow. Maybe snow, but rain?? C'mon. And believe me I am not hating; I have the money to pretty much drive many cars and I chose the M3 for my daily. I like the fact that it is VERY loud, rides hard, makes all sorts of noises. Shit half the guys on here can't even change their own oil and make the stupidest threads, yet yes, you guys are all die hard enthusiasts.

Cayenne is an absolutely amazing vehicle. It is so capable in ever way. Porsche has simply expanded beyond pure sports cars. That said, they have the best handling cars in almost every segment, be it sports (Cayman), sedan(Panamera) or SUV(Cayenne).

I agree, it is a real nice truck.. Although I'd have to have the turbo. And 05-06 models used are very cheap right now |

really sucks about the hit and run!!!
But I think the M3 can be a great daily. porsche suv to cruise around in, m3 backup.... pretty sweet I will DD an M3 only because I cannot afford to have that car plus another ride. If I could afford the M3 plus another car it would probably be an SUV along the lines of an X5, and odds are that the cushier automatic would get driven more for quick trips i.e. daily stuff, so the OP seems to have the idea right in my book. |
