Rubbering noise when stearing !

I have m3 e92 2007 40k, no problems just this rubbering noise. I went to my machanic and he first said that is diff., but later when he took it on test, he said that it nothing wrong with it.

It is happening on the same spots, same corners in 2. gear low speed. There is no damage seen on plastic around the tyre.

Anyone?
