How does this deal look?

Whats up guys, new here. Ive been a lurker from day 1. Was wondering if anyone can comment on these numbers I just got for a e90 M.
List price - 66,900
Selling price - 64,200
not including gas guzzler
With just the fees up front..$2,230, monthly price he gave me is $1,156/36k-3yrs.
with taxes up front, he gave me 1045...this is with a 00258 Base Rate .

Would really appreciate it if you guys can comment on this deal..Thanks

one more thing..fees he is charging are first months payment, NYDMV -$200
dealer fee - $200, and BMW bank mortgage fee - $600. Im wondering if any of you have heard of that? I emailed him to explain the fees to me. Wondering what you guys think..thanks again for your help.

hi, that's about similar deal i got. i have several friends in the car biz and worked the deal back and forth through about 2-3 dealerships before finally settling on this deal because it was about the best i could get (at least with the current so. california market)

msrp (includes gas guzzler, destination): 68,295
paid about 1k less than that, approx 67k (all fees/taxes in there)

36m/12k, $5000 drive off (includes first month in there), 1060+tax. (1149/mo including CA sales tax)

i belive my mf was the same as yours .00258, april rates.. i got mine 05/03, i heard the april rates lasted until 5/5 for some reason.

so overall, you're most likely not getting raped on the deal, but you could probably do a little better if you were patient. i really wanted my car in space gray and they knew it, there weren't any others coming in for a couple months, i checked multiple sources. i had pretty much confirmed that was the best i was going to get anytime soon (going through BMW FS)

good luck!

Thanks for the reply, im thinking that I should order the car, lock the rates, and within the next 2 months or so if the rates change to my advantage, i can use that. The fees that he is charging me seem high. Im waiting for him to email me back...Wish i had ordered on april or early may when the residual was higher. Dealer took 2700 off after just one call, i didnt even try negotiate yet. Trying to get even more off hopefully..Thanks for the reply..anyone else have comments please dont hesitate.

I emailed my dealer earlier about my dealer fees and this is the email I recieved.

2142 broken down as follows,
1168 1st mo. payment, 625 BMW'S bank fee, 100 to transfer plates, and 249 doc. fee. If
you put tax up front your payment would be 1119, if you do multiples in New Jersey your
payment would be 1017.

what do you guys think of these fees? help would be really appreciated.

thanks guys
