AW 2010 DCT Sedan birthdate next week.

Hey folks, I ordered a 2010 sedan and its being built next week. I'm actually heading down to Regensburg to watch my car be built. Its only about an hour away from my house. After that I have the delivery at BMW Welt first week of November. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to take photos at the factory but i'll see what i can do. anyone else having a car built next week? I'll see if I can locate her for you and make sure they put in the correct trim :-)

Congrats ... lucky man! Enjoy! Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the //M3 engines hand assembled in the Munich Plant (in a separate line)? A bimmerfest poster reported he saw it being built .. "far-away" in isolation on a completely different build line. Either way .. you will be able to see it all come together @ Regensburg.

Lol .. I can see you storming on to the factory floor screaming .. "wrong trim .. that's my friend's car so build it right .. he ordered .. sycamore".

Congrats on your soon to be new M3. My 2010 Alpine White E90 with M-DCT should be at my dealer next week.

congrats !!! you are lucky to be close to the plant. If I were you I sit at the driver seats immediately and see how they make it

Congrats - If it's being built next week, you'll be in it in no time. What you get on it? You driving it through Winter or garaging it?
