Adding options after the fact?

I just located a leftover 2011 e92 M3 that I'm very interested in, problem is the only option the car has is the carbon leather trim. The main options that I would want / need on the car are the iPod adapter, Bluetooth, Sat radio, and the Homelink mirror. Could those options be added down the line if I were to purchase the stripped M3? If so, would they be difficult to add?

Keep looking for the one that has everything you like. Cheaper and easier.

Please explain why the home link mirror is a necessity
how much off sticker are you getting it at?
If you want a stripper
Why not order a 2012 at invoice?
2012 has iPod/USB, Bluetooth as standard
So you'd only pay an extra $500 for the carbon leather
And for sat radio
Heck with those options
You're looking at around 55,500 or around there for a brand new, exact colour you want 2012

Order one from the factory to your exact specification. It would be very difficult if not impossible to add any factory electronics once built. Not to mention expensive. With an order you can add/delete up to the point just before building start or is a build date is given. With dealers willing to go invoice on an ordered M3 you should explore this route.
