Nice job
I think I walked past your shop when I was over there in 2007 unless it was another shop

I believe i was the first one to race a M3 with my tuned 335 back in 2007 .
the car that raced the Gt3 is my old one. The worst enemy of the N54 motor is heat, so go catless with the Dp , buy the biggest IC you could find, and a meth kit, i wouldn't recommend the JB3, two Jb3 motors has blown the last year here in Sweden,go for the procede V4 or maybe Jb4. But that will be a great car with a lot of torque

For all of you that have been asking me what parts are needed to transform a normal E92 into an M3 Exterior wise...
These are the parts that you will need to purchase if you want to perform an OEM looking M3... Whole front panel trim M3 Headlamp arm M3 Front Wheel Arch Trim M3 Front Bumper M3 Rear Bumper Bumper Holder Left & Right (Part no 5) Under Bumper Shield (Part 20 & 23 Right & Left) M3 Side Skirts Right & Left (Part 1) M3 Front Fenders M3 Hood M3 Lip Spoiler M3 Rear Muffler M3 19'' Wheels M3 Shark Fin M3 Mirror M3 Badge M3 Trim (Part 20, 21, 22, 23, 24) As for the Rear Fenders you will need a skilled body shop to widen them... They should install the rear M3 wheels and work on difference.. they have they're own technique.. You will also need front wheel spacers to push out the front wheels to match the front fenders

Bravo to our Egyptian friend. His story is a true testament to a love for BMWs.
His story also make me feel really grateful to be an American and have access to so many benefits like freedom, safety and BMW's for less than $100,000!

very nice work!
The projection of 500HP with new turbos is not ridiculous as even without new turbos, with RACEGAS tune & full bolt-ons, N54s have made 440rwhp+. (517 BHP) However, for maximum power, if you supercharge your M3 V8 with something like ESS VT2-625 or Gintani Stg 2+, you will be able to achieve 560-600WHP on 91-93 pump gas (650-700BHP). This is where you will be able to beat most supercars in straight line performance, & trap 130MPH+! |

Ive never seen a homemade m3...nicely done. I would have put the V8 in and ordered an ESS supercharger.... good work though, u must love m3's if u went through all that trouble. Enjoy!

Nice build OP.
Don't get the RISS catch can. They're out of business and it leaks. Get the BMS unit since you're getting the JB piggy anyway. DEFINITELY get an oil cooler (maybe STETT) and a larger intercooler. .

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

Speaking of cheap labor, my wife got rear ended in her Ford SUV last year. We were living in the middle east for my job. Any way, I took my car to the dealership there and they wanted 700 dollars to fix it. I thought that was reasonable at the time, as an accident like that would have cost me about 2,000 dollars back in the US. Well, the other guy's insurance refused to pay, so I knew I was having to pay the 700 dollars out of pocket. A guy at the dealership told me to take it to his cousin's shop out in town and said it's cheaper. I took it to the other shop out in town and dropped it off. I had to go out to town for a few days, so I just told the guy to go ahead and fix it and not call me with permission first, since I was going to be traveling. I came back a few days later, and went to the shop and saw my car was all fixed. The car looked really good. It also has some under damage and not just cosmetic damage, but it looked like he did a great job. The guy saw me and came over. I asked him how much I owed him, and he started to tell me how sorry he was that it cost more than he originally thought. He stated that one of the back lights was not available second hand/used and he had to buy it from the after market shops and that cost more than he had planned. I was not comfortable hearing that part, but asked again how much I owed him. He answers 35 dollars. I was like what? I asked him if the light cost 35 lights? He said no, total cost was 35 dollars. It was going to be 30 dollars to fix the car, but it ended up being 35 and that was the extra he meant. the 5 dollars. I was very surprised, but I took out 40 dollars and told him to keep the change. I told my wife and she could not believe it either. I am still expecting a call any day telling me that he screwed up or something because I really can't believe how cheap it was. Oh, by the way, the car does look great man. Great job for a friction of the cost. AWESOME!!!!!!!
