This seems a bit more on par/reasonable representation of the Laguna Seca. . .

Agreed. And I think it'll actually be a good looking color on the E92.

I may have agreed with you until I saw IB in person. It is classic M (in fact it has never been on a non-M car), and it is the perfect balance between aggressive and classy.

Will, I have a color request: can BMW build a Rustic Orange. I think there was a thread, one of the guys was experimenting with different color ideas. One was the rustic orange. Man, it look hot.

I'm the person who will be receiving the LSB M3 coupe. I received the order sheet and production number yesterday. It is listed as Status 102. Here are a few details on the order.

DCT
Carbon Fiber Roof
18" Wheels (plan to get aftermarket 19")
Silver Novillo Extended Leather
Carbon Leather Trim
Premium Package
Technology Package
Heated Front Seats
Park Distance Control
Satellite Radio
iPod and USB Adapter
Enhanced Premium Sound

I plan to do Performance Center Delivery. I'll post periodic updates as the car's production moves along and, of course, pictures after it arrives. I've enjoyed reading numerous posts from other members these past few months (though I haven't posted much) and would like to thank everyone for all the information and opinions that are provided on this forum.

Also, Kudos to Will Shaw at Long Beach BMW for navigating the maze he must of gone through to get this color.

I can't wait to replace my current vehicle!

I'm sincerely happy for you, and equally as excited to see pictures of your car. Congrats for having a truly stand-alone vehicle (...unless Will continues working his magic ).

And....you might have a buyer whose name is Sedan_Clan, although, I'd really, really love an Estoril or PY.

Are the options able to chosen by the buyer in these "special cases"? Also, do you offer competitive pricing on these vehicles, or is the price firm, and not up for negotiation because it is a special order?

Will, I like the fact that you're going for the bold throwback colors instead of wasting your time with the run-of-the-mill silver grays and carbon blacks that few would recognize as individual colors. Well played.

Not everyone may like LSB or TV, but the individual colors aren't about appealing to the masses. They're about making an individual customer very, very happy.

All of these special order colors are going for MSRP. For a regular - run of the mill M3 - I am definitely open to negotiation.

And I could probably set up and Estoril or PY if that is something you are looking for - in a coupe or sedan. I'm starting to get more of an "in" with the BMW AG folks

Thanks for posting the pic from my link in my reply. As I stated in my reply, I actually think this looks a lot closer to Estoril Blue and gives a good idea of what it would look like.
