First full detail of my M3
I've owned my M3 since July and felt it was time to do a full exterior detail. I remember with my Jet Black e46 M3 this needed to be done on a regular basis, but with white the paint is more forgiving.
I first washed using Protectal's QEW. After rinsing thoroughly I clayed with Meguiar's Professional Mild clay using a concentrated QEW as a lubricant. Then I washed the car again and followed polishing with Poorboy's SSR2. Then I did a pass with Klasse AIO as a paint cleaner, and finally sealed with Duragloss 105. I usually use the Duragloss bonding agent prio to 105 but felt with the AIO this was probably not necessary. Anyway, it is hard to get a lot of pop with white but I was happy with the results.

Good job dd.
I love your red seats. The more and more I see M3's the more I love them. The styling and colour combo's exterior and interior colour schemes are awesome. Cheers, Nick

You're right, it's hard to make white "pop". You did a helluva job. Hood looks fantastic.

What I've noticed about white is that if it's recently washed it looks clean in the day. If you've done some treatment (Glaze, sealant or wax) then at night it really pops. I've noticed the white can have a mirrored appearance at night.
