I am in the Burlington area and drive a SSII e92 with plates F1 RACIN. Would be happy to meet up with other owners in the Burlington / Oakville area. See you on the roads!

Spotted a white E92 M3 on my way home from work today... around 4:45 on Steeles East, he was traveling eastbound between Woodbine and Vic Park as I was heading in the other direction towards the 404. Had what appeared to be the stock 18s, tint, and carbon roof.

I was on Edgely today in Concord around that time, but I dont have an E92 or black rims, unless you consider my stock 18s to be black?

It had to be you, I was driving at the time, noticed it had personized plates. the rims looked dark so possibly were stock 18s.

I dont have personalized plates...so maybe it wasn't me?

But I have an E93 (convertible) not an E92 (coupe), did it have dark tints? was it loud? no front plate? carbon fiber lips? haha

Saw this E93 twice today, once at Promenade Mall around 2-3pm parked in the back of the parking lot. and once again on centre st (corner of Dufferin & Centre). Its a black E93 M3 with tints and painted black reflectors- it looked stock otherwise but it looked damn good!

Slammedm3 - Did you post pics? If so I missed them - Where is the link?

Jaypod - It was finally warm enough today (and I had the time) to switch out the orange reflectors for the tinted ones. I think they look much better - and probably won't bother with the clear ones now. The only depressing thing was to see on the stone marks on my front bumper when I was up close switching them. I think I will need it re-painted every year or two.

Next time we meet up I owe you a beer or two!

Glad to hear they worked out - they look great! No worries - glad you can make use of them. A respray every year or two is a good idea - i think the hood may need one as well as the bubble is sure prone to take some hits. I bought some Dr. Colorchip and it does a fairly good job - I had a large stone chip and it did a pretty good job to hide it. Probably a lot more effective on smaller ones. You may want to give it a try. I hear Langka is pretty good too.
Today was a great day to drive around with the top down. Was out with a buddy of mine in his vert!

Spotted a couple of E93 M3s this weekend, black one heading south on the 404 near Hwy 7 yesterday around 2pm and a white one today around 4pm on the Queensway near 427. Surprised that the one today didn't have the top down seeing as it was so nice!

More importantly, got my car detailed today by Kevin/GTA in Detail (picus on E90post) and it turned out awesome as expected... and of course had to stop on the way home to take a few quick pics. Feels like the first time my car has been properly clean since the day I got it back in December!

Looks great Vise!

I have made a few purchases recently - finally got some blacklines and installed them the other day. Also bought a bunch of stuff to detail the car and plan to in a couple of weeks, I am out of town next weekend so maybe the week after.

Vise - does look great.

I was going to wash and detail mine today as it was perfect weather, but I saw the forecast for rain and snow for the next two days and realized it was not worth it...so I went for a drive instead...of course with the top down.

Yeah, not looking forward to the weather this week either. Sucks that it is going to be crappy right after I got the car detailed but no big deal, the car has needed it badly since I got it so had to get Kevin to work his magic. He ended up claying the car and did some light compounding to get rid of some swirls (thanks dealership 'detailers'... ) , it ended up being closer to a full new car prep than just the normal wash/wax. Either way he is mobile so if you're looking for a professional detail including paint correction etc I can't recommend him enough. The finish right now is as soft as a baby's butt.
