Pics of new 19' TE37s on my AW E90 M3
Pictures are taken with my iphone so they are a bit rough to say the least, but I wanted to share. I am very happy with them! Note the custom offset on the front that is uncommon for the 19s. Makes them look like the 18 inch face. There will be a real photoshoot coming soon.

I have seen the 18s on a few of my buddies' cars, but I think in person the 19s fill out the wheel wheels better. The m3 is just such a big car at this point. Don't get me wrong, the 18s look absolutely stunning too. Some of my favorite M3s on this board run 18" TE37s.

Ha yeah I have thought about it, or a Dinan Stage 1 suspension package. I have no doubt it would look better. I am super paranoid about ruining the great suspension that the BMW M engineers spent so much time working on though......
I would also say that when you see the car in person it appears lower than when you see it in photos. I think if I could just drop it .8" in the front I would be happy. I like the rear as-is.

Looks great, cant go wrong with a set of TE's. But if you are able to lower it just a little bit. It would really start to bring out the beauty of the wheels.

TE37's look better with less wheel gap. As far as 18" vs 19", the 19's have a much bigger lip on them than 18's. That's probably the difference you see.

Better with less gap for sure. I just noticed the difference in the lip that you pointed out and I think you're right.

OP - sorry to derail your thread. Your wheels look great, I guess I'm just used to seeing more tire on TE37s and less gap. Maybe it's just due to the phone pics. |
