Jerez E93 photos
Looks good in person but im not sure about the chrome trim around the windows(sorry TheBry this one has it too). One good thing i noticed is that the e93 seats(unlike e90,e92) are still the euro version with the small stripe down the center of the adjustable leg rest. All together it looks better than i was expecting, but i would say the car looks the worst from rear 3/4 angles, mainly b/c thats where the window trim looks the cheapest, and if it werent for the wheels it would remind me a lot of a regular 3 series. side profile, head on front and the rear angles all look really good though, and there were lots of coupes outside for me to compare it to to make sure. there was also an x6 which looks better in person too.

They have the same car in Phx and I thought the chrome trim ruined it. Was nice finally seeing a vert but I really hope they change the trim over time.
Like on lighter color roofs, you see the lines of the three parts on the chrome trim. This would not be as noticeable with shadowline. Nice catch on the euro seats. I did not notice that. Maybe we will be lucky and the '09 E92s will have them. |

3 parts
Yea thats why its looks cheaper, normally i like bmw chrome/aluminum trim around their windows, it usually looks very quality but when its chopped up in three places with significant gaps between each one it makes it look like after market add on trim. black trim for the convertible definitely wouldve made the top less clunky looking. theres gotta be a way to order the shadowline trim pieces though.

I am hoping the fact that it has euro seats(which admittedly I did not pay attention to when I test drove the one my dealer got with the same color combo) confirms speculation that these are euro type demo cars sent to the US as launch vehicles. The more I look at the chrome on the Jerez, the more it drives me crazy, the chrome does not stand out as much on the lighter color examples posted on the forum.

Good looking out +1 Maybe they ran out of 335i sport seat bottoms since they keep on running out of everything else
