~Motorwerks~ VF Supercharged R8!

We just finished the installation of a VF Supercharger on an 09 Audi R8. The kit is nothing short of incredible. The attention to detail is mindblowing and we could not be happier with how it came out.

The quality is top notch, OEM fitment.

More pictures and information can be found at mwhouston.com

Check it out!

That is completely unnecessary.

I like it a lot.

There is definitely an R8 tax on the price. R8 kit is priced over $10k more than their RS4 kit for absolutely no reason.

Interesting. I wonder how the new torque curve affects the drive.

wow great work!
just a little side question, and this may sound dumb but... did those audi coverings come with the car so you dont scratch the car while working on it. They look like they were made to custom fit the R8 and are pretty cool looking.

They did not come with the car, they were purchased from audi. Available at their parts department.

Pretty cool, huh?

Eh not a big fan of VF. I have a friend with a 330i thats VF supercharged and kit positioned one of the coolant lines right by his belt... long story short it cut a hole through it and dumped coolant everywhere. Guess it just depends...

There was a thread on M3post discussing certain "issues" with VF that probably turned off a lot of people. Hope this S/C works out better than some of their other products. It's got great potential.

I agree!! that's true.. they used to have the rs4 kit for around 10k and I can't find it on the website anymore.. It's same kit cuz both rs4 and r8 v8 uses the same engine, but they jacked the price x2 correct me if I'm wrong
