I tried several pads on my Brembo M3 GTS BBK (Ferodo, Pagid, Endless) on track and street.
Best overall option is Endless, of course not the cheapest but simply the best. Less dust, best pedal feel, durable and good to the rotors. Even the Ferodo 3000 race pads were disintegrating from the carrier plate under track usage. Here they are: |

I bought them from Bimmerworld. I actually ran PFC-01s front and back and didn't think about mixing compounds. One word of caution, the PFCs do not have retaining clips to hold them in the calipers, so when the brakes get hot, the pads can 'clank' in the calipers at low speed. This doesn't affect performance, but it is disconcerting ans sounds like your brakes are busted. They are great pads on the track. I switched to Hawk DTC-70 pads to see how these would work out, but the Performance Friction are superior in terms of consistency of feel through a 25 minute session. A lot of this is confidence in the initial bite, which seemed to fade on the DTC-70 once hot. The DTCs still slowed me down fine, but I definitely backed off how deep I would go into corners late in sessions. After the hawks are done, I am going to try Pagids and see how they feel too. |

Thanks all. I've decided to go with the Pagid Yellows from Rennstore.com. $1,040 for both front and rear (ouch). My buddies that run them say they last 2x all other pads, if so these will be a bargain compared to PFC or Hawks.

I just ordered Hawk DTC30s as replacement to the OEM Ferodo's. Im hoping they work as good as the Ferodo's did for me.
Where can I get the endless pads from for next time? and are they too noisy for street or I would need to swap them out after the track?

I ordered my endless pads from Ralf(Checkcaptain) .. I just got them on a few days ago. Can't wait to test them out on the track this coming Monday & Tuesday.
