Looks broken. Tucking the whole tire and part of the wheel in the rear and only half the tire in the front? Does not compute IMO.

My M3 was that low about 2 months ago and all of you are correct. Even with decent or great suspension it felt like crap around town with 30 series and 35 series tires. I raised it up and now it feels a lot better.

Way too low in the rear!! Should be raised to match the front better.
