where do u get the blacksmith quest to get the captain's sword??

I have no clue. Theres so much going on in this game its hard to keep up with where all the side missions start.

I'm having trouble finding the hidden stuff from Subject 16's coordinates on the map like in the Coliseum.

It's all the way at the top to the left. You have to be in Eagle Vision to see it
