Wasn't yet installed in that picture, still working on it.

Here's a completed upskirt shot in the meantime:

I'd love to paint my M3 frozen grey. I live in So Cal. But I'm worried the paint shop would mess it up. I wonder if there are any good shops around that could do it. If so it's probably not cheap.

C&C collision in Pasadena. talk to Nate there. he's probably the only guy i'd trust to get it right. not only is he very knowledgeable about the process, but he's actually painted his own M3 a frozen blue....i think an E90.

he's also honest enough to admit that it would be more expensive. it's just more labor intensive.

the paint job is easy to take care of and maintain, but can be more expensive to repair that a regular gloss job.

Good eye! He got the GT 4 x-pipe installed. The blue car is officially called frozen blue but does look really close to Monte Carlo blue.

if that's car is one of those frozen editions. the run that is limited to 150 red, white and blue M3s....which it does look like that, it is actually Monte Carlo Blue. it just has a "frozen" clear coat. much like frozen grey is space grey and frozen red is sahkir orange.
