Anyone Near Elizabeth, NJ want to look at a car for me?

I've had my eye on this and was just wondering if anyone near Elizabeth, NJ would be willing to go take a look at it in person. My gut feeling is that I should stay away, but maybe it's worth considering.

I'm in Atlanta, GA. Any help would be appreciated. Best, Jeff
