Kudos to StopTech
I have just fitted the StopTech 380 BBK, and wanted to give some Kudos to StopTech.
Aside from looking really good, obviously high quality components, all the parts were there, and the installation was simple, with no drama at all. I have the new Cantrell brake cooling system, no issues with fitment. After bedding in the street pads, the brakes feel fantastics. I can't wait to test the system in the track with the track pads!

But yes... Stoptechs are awsome! P.S. do you have the rears too? They make a huge difference.

I love my StopTechs. On the track with good r-comp tires they are like boat anchors.

I had vibration with the fronts and called them. I did the break in as instructed but they felt it was still pad deposits. They arranged for AutoTalent to install new rotors for me.
Amazing service.

Street Performance pads are great, but I used them on track with my old E39 (stock setup) and ended up with deposits. Maybe the result would be different using the SP pads with the bbk.

Better to PM a few venders, but they can be hand for under $5,000 generally for front 6 piston and rear 4 piston.

I used the street pads extensively without any issues. Even pro race car drivers commented that they worked very well after 10+ hot laps. But after switching to Pagids, I can't go back anymore. Very much like switching to Hoosiers from AD08.

I'm not sure that this is as true for the ST60 but I haven't researched it as much as the ST40.

I'm not sure everyone will have Alcon and AP. I will investigate and post back here because I want to know myself.

I love my Stoptech Trophies
But what made them really different was the Endless pads. Though they did run me close to $1200 installed... bastards weren't cheap. My bbk is long gone, but i still do have the pads
