Yes, those are the wheels that come with ZCP/7MA. South posted a picture of the German ordering guide, and those wheels were pictured as an option.

No pictures of those wheels on the E90 have surfaced yet, but it's safe to assume that they'll be available for the sedan as well.

I have to make it to Geneva it seems Audi and BMW might be surprising us with some new toys. Maybe a Debut of the 1M prototype a GTS available for viewing. Im definately making a trip this year!

Thanks for the Info.

I have to go to Genova: Audi A1, A8, RS5, RS6+, and BMW M1 Concept (E82), M3 LCI ZCP (E92), M3 GTS (E92), M5 Concept (F10), 5 ActiveH, and maybe Z2 Concept, or it will be in Paris?

Probably, Technic.

So these E92/90 ZCP wheels look like $1800-$2000 a set with discounts as this is most probably a cast/spun cast wheel as well.
I just made a guess based on the full MSRP of other current 19" OEM wheels. If you look on bmwusa.com, 19" wheels for the 3 series MSRP from about $4800 to $5100. I imagine the 359M will MSRP around there, and Tischer will offer them somewhat cheaper.

Well, that's just it. Things were tweaked to handle the ride height and track width change. But those were the only reasons for the change. In other words the programming changed because the system parameters changed. The programming did not change to something with more "sporty" characteristics than before.

The slightly lower ride height and slightly wider track width will probably make for slightly better performance, yes.

Dealer told me...

That the Tech Package is 750 less if ordered with the Comp package. Anyone able to confirm this?

Hi all!

I am new to the forum as I am about to by an M3. Have been working a deal for a few weeks and last week's announcement made me start all over again.

Anyway, looks like you are only paying 550 for the springs if you had already planned to get the 19" wheels for 1200 and the Tech Package. This seems like a good deal to me.

I will post separately the deal I got on my M3.

The whole comparison to the RS5 here in the states is moot. We will never be getting that car.

Yes, that's right: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=346959

ZTP is $ 2,500 when ordered with ZCP compared to $ 3,250 when ordered alone.

Best regards,
south

That's the accessory wheel mounted set, including run flat tires and TPMS sensors. 19" 3-Series single piece cast wheels alone cost between $470 and $500 each at Tischer/United BMW.

Ok, that makes sense.

So, if you are using existing tires, it will be $2k-ish. But if you want new tires (I personally would for sure, since even if I had stock 19s, I would want to upgrade to 265/285 with the wider wheels) it will be 3k-ish.

I know this is nitpicking, but if you buy a mounted tire/wheel setup from Tischer will they have factory BMW wheel weights also? They look much better than the regular variety used by (insert tire place).

Every wheel weight I've ever had put on any wheel looks just like the OEM weights which are just run of the mill tape on weights. Nothing special.

Look again - the factory ones look a little nicer. It has been this way from E46 to present, at least.

For people like me who originally wanted to get the 19" forged option for $1.2k, the comp pkg is more like 550 extra.

You are getting springs and a "remapped" DSC for those $550 extra, although these may not be forged wheels...

If BMW already came out and said that the GTS wheels are cast, then it's safe to assume that the 359M wheels will be as well.

I’m confused. I’m i wrong in thinking that most forged wheels are going to be a better quality and lighter than a cast wheel? Why would BMW put a lesser quality wheel on the GTS or a Comp package? Where did "we" get the info that the GTS wheel is cast and is it reliable?

What was the situation with the E46 Comp wheels? Forged or Cast and how did they compare?

Sorry for all the questions but I want to believe the Comp wheels will be a better wheel till i hear differently.
