Hahah, yeah, there's a few at my job but there's this guy who's always nice to me and kissing up to me when we talk face to face but then I found out from my boss and a few other people that he's been blaming me for things that he couldn't do it himself grr... Here's how it goes. When we have to do something together like a project, he always told me and assured me that he'll do this part blah blah blah and that I shouldn't worry about it, he'll take care of it but then when he talks to his boss and our boss... he said that he's still waiting for me to finish my portion and haven't heard anything back from me lmao or something screwed up because I did such and such. This happened a few times too but when I confront him about it, he denied it like a little bitch. I swear to god, every time I talk to him and see him running his slick mouth and kissing up with every god damn conversation, I am so tempting to punch him right on it. It almost happened today. He is so nice and acting so sincere. I don't understand how people like him live their lives. Blah, sorry for wasting our BMW fellows' time but I don't feel like I want to hit him as much after ranting about it...

Have you simply told him to stop kissing so much ass, or tell him you think he's a two-faced lying bitch? Tell him one or both of those things, and then combine it with something along the lines of, "I don't wanna be forced into anger management again for bashing a co-worker's face in with a stapler."
Or just tell him something so violent, that if he tries to report you, no one will believe him: "If you don't shut the fuck up, I'm going to rip out your esophagus and beat you with it." C'mon, be creative!
