KW-V3 suspension - Help needed

Hey guys,

I recently installed kw-v3 on my 2010 m3 coupe and im not really happy with the ride height in the front. I have the front at its lowest setting and it barley sits on top of tire(19's). Is there anything I can do to get another 1/2 - 1 inch with out cutting a coil?

Thanks in advance...

Drive them around for 20-30 miles and see if they settle. Otherwise, the answer is probably no.

Getting installed next week. Mine are 7". But with swift you can buy whatever length/rate combo you need. You'll also need to run GC camber plates to go swift

On the E46 M3 the KW V3s dump the car down. On the E92 M3 it sits as low as RD springs IMO (which isn't bad), thus the reason I didnt buy them for this M3.

KW Clubsport, H&R, Ohlins, Moton and Bilstein all go lower if thats what you are looking for.

Forgive me if I am wrong, but I thought the KWCS offer the same range of height as the V3s.

Don't get me wrong, the V3's are a great setup and I would probably keep them if I already had them. No need to change out really unless you are dead set on a quarter inch to half inch lower in the front. Is it really needed?

Oh yea.. Ride height is everything for me... I want to tuck 20" LMs .. I don't like gaps between the fenders and tires

I believe CS are lower than V3 but I'm not certain. I can tell you that with my rears of my CS's on maximum height the tire is still almost tucked, and that the car is undriveable even in a straight flat area on full low (tucked all the way below the rim). I run at max height rear, which leaves the tire roughly even with the fender in my case.

Good luck actually driving the car. I have club sports and started with a little tuck and was scraping on everything. I'm not sure how my current ride height compares to KW V3's lowest, but my front tires are pretty much flush with the fender and I can get around much better (still have to take steep driveways slowly and at an angle).
