FS: '03 Mercedes E500 w/Sport Pkg: HRE|Renntech|Euroteck $24K in mods- Original Owner
Reason for sale: I think ppl on this forum know why 2003 E500 - Original Owner Clean title, car was paid for in cash. Sport Package 144K freeway miles - Strictly a daily driver. No track time, etc. Trouble free - engine feels as it did when new Garage parked (both at home and at work) Dealer serviced its entire life (Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton) ***Selling fully modded. I don't have the time nor desire to part out the car prior to selling. Buyer can part out those parts they don't intend to keep. Please do not PM to inquire about parting out*** Mods and Price Paid: * HRE 563R 20" Satin Silver face/Chrome Lips: $4300 * Hankook V12 tires: $710 * Lowering Links: $200 * Renntech V2 ELM: $1400 (my car has both the ELM + links installed). If car sit's too low, new owner can raise via 1) ELM settings 2) remove ELM and leave links 3) remove links and leave ELM and sell whichever is removed * DCT Motorsports steering wheel: $900 * OEM E55 front bumper, side skirts, & E63 rear bumper: $2600 * OEM E55 brake system: $3200 * Brake caliper paint: $600 * E63 AMG trunk spoiler: $350 * Euroteck CF front lip: $650 * CLS55 exhaust w/ Resonator delete: $900 * Navigation retrofit by MBenzNL: $3200 * Bluetooth puck retrofit by MBenzNL: $550 * Voice Control stalk retrofit by MBenzNL: $400 * IPOD control (via steering wheel) and cable retrofit by MBenzNL: $600 * CLS63 AMG instrument cluster retrofit by MBenzNL: $900 * Brabus door pins: $40 * Brabus pedals: $80 * DFW Dude flat hood badge: $120 * Speed Innovations ECU tune: $420 * HELLA TPMS monitoring system: $240 * Shaved trunk, color-matched front grill, tinted tail lights, paint and labor for parts install: $2400 Airmatic Component Condition: * Rear shocks replaced this year * Rear airbags replaced in 2008 (not replaced due to failure. Replaced because my alignment shop popped the bags by accident) * Front setup: Still original - no settling at all Total spent on mods: $24,730 Kelly Blue Book Value (Very Good): $9427. Not excellent as car as a few door dings and normal wear & tear as expected. ***Asking Price: $15,000 firm*** Please PM if interested Price obviously accounts for mods. I'm not interested in having conversation about how much a stock W211 sells for. Pricing is being targeted for someone looking to buy a W211 w/ the intention of modding similary. To those who are, they will see the value. To those not looking to mod as such, price will seem high. [/QUOTE] Pics of what new owner may want redone: 1) Respray front grill 2) Buff out curb marks from front lip (currently covered with Sharpie ) 3) Re-align front bumper I swiped the rear bumper of a truck pulling into a parking spot a couple years back, and never had this re-aligned. You can see the larger gap by the passenger side headlight Last edited by tbone28; 12-31-2012 at 02:14 PM.. |

Yes, thank you. OEM E55 brakes are Brembos, but they are different from the aftermarket Brembo kit sold for 55's, which is why I didn't list it as Brembo

Thanks guys. Regarding buying a 55, when I bought this car, the 55's weren't out yet. Since I was still driving the same car I had been driving since high school 5 years into my career, I wasn't going to wait another year for a 55.
