is this acceptble for crank shaft
I was told this crankshaft is ok to be used.

I would not pay for that crank until your machine shop tells you it is ok to use as it is now or if not, how much it would cost to have it repaired.

That crankshaft is scrap, as is the connecting rod. You can see the discoloration on the connecting rod from oil starvation and excessive heat, and the scoring on the crankshaft would eat a new bearing within minutes of start up.
Get a new crank shaft, and have the engine rebuild by a VERY experienced builder. Getting the correct clearances can get tricky.
