If you're looking to raising the front by 5MM's or so, wouldn't the Eibachs or AC springs be a better fit? I think that's right around the front height you're looking for.

You mentioned the H&R's made the car a bit front biased. Still feeling the same way?

To the best of my knowledge, the rear drop is the same across all the major springs.
