BMW Apps Not Available
I called BMW NA today and they said that it is not possible to add BMW apps to a 2011.5 with combo box as a software upgrade. They said it's a factory installed option. Anyone have a work around?

Depending on your level of factory integration it might be possible to do software only. If not, you would have to do a combox upgrade. If you're interested, feel free to email or PM me. thetech@bpmsport.com
