Full TecnoCraft Envy Intake Install

It's been a while since I posted, but just wanted to show the TecnoCraft Envy Intake that was just installed in my '08 E92 M3...shout out to King at TecnoCraft and John from Race Werks in Virginia Beach for the install...and of course my girlfriend, Sarah, who's been taking it to the shops while I'm out here in Afghanistan! Enjoy!!

I'll get some sound clips for you guys after my ECU flash when I'm home in a couple weeks...I'll be on R&R leave and am planning to do a full photoshoot of the mods I did so far since I've been out here fighting the GWOT

I heard on another forum that Tecnocraft recently fixed the gap issue on the charge pipe. Does this apply for your kit?

What does it do better than OEM? I'm guessing it smooths flow but is there much gain or is it mostly a cosmetic thing? It IS pretty bad ass loking though.

I've never heard of this issue...maybe thats why King from TecnoCraft said that the one I got was of the new design from them...

Quality Sound...it does look good and from what I heard on the phone when my girl revved it up...it sounds really good too...as far as performance..I've seen tons of posts saying it adds hp...it doesnt add hp...so I dont really know other than from what TecnoCraft is saying...if it does..cool...if it doesnt...it looks great when you open up the hood...

did u raise the hood latch, like add washers....i did to keep it from scraping...wondering if i am alone ?
