*** Mineral White M (e93) pics ***
Well the beast has finally arrived ... 2011.5 M3 vert ... so glad to be back in an M !!!
Had 2005 M e46 vert for 3 years then went to the 2008 335 vert for the last 3 years and now back where I belong with the M vert. Wow what a difference between the 335 & M. Haven't given her the acid test yet of course, so not comparing performance here although I can just feel the animal beneath. But just the overall build quality and details are so much more upscale than the 335 i had. Anyway, it is Mineral white and I had originally wanted the AW but thought to roll the dice and get something a little different as everyone in LA has AW M's. I had not seen one in the flesh, so I was in fact a little nervous it may be too escalade-ish pearl. But when I finally saw her, it was stunning to say the least. I know many of you like me, have been wanting to see the Mineral white in more photos, but images just do not do the color justice. In the flesh, it can look simply white in some lights to almost silver like with the right shine from the sun. Not cream at all or too bling/bling for any of you who are wondering. I'm really pleased with the color. I tried to take these photos with the best aspect of lighting to give best possible perception of the true color. I'm not a pro photog, but these pics are more about the color than the car for you all. Hope this helps. Here you go .... |

Great color and great photos!
If available in 2009, I would have probably went with this color! Congrats!

I just did a comparison with my almost identical E93.....
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=445008 I must say that it is very hard to tell mineral white and alpine white apart from the photos alone. Although I am sure in person they would look a bit more different and being a new colour the mineral white will be the little more unique, which is a bonus for you.

I can roughly tell the difference in pics, can someone who has seen this in real-life explain the difference? I think it looks good and because its not as common as AW it will stand out which is great.
Congrats
