620 blower kit on an e93... what do I need to know?

A friend is selling his low mileage ESS 620hp meth injected blower kit... I'm considering it, but as my car is a vert, I'm unsure.

Some vitals on my car: its a 2009 DCT with about 71,000kms, and I dont plan on tracking it.

Some questions I have for those that have done it.

Do you need to reinforce the frame/body? Can the car take it?
Did you upgrade to BBK, wider wheels/tires and ugrade the suspension? Does the car need these upgrades?

I've driven his car for about 30 min, and my initial feeling is the e92 it was on needed at least a BBK... it already had 20mm wider tires all around.

Anything else manditory when bolting on a blower to a vert I should know?

thx tons for your help
R.

Does the car need these upgrades? Not really....then again depends on how aggressive you. Think faster wear and tear. Breaks won't matter unless you track. Suspension would help put down the power but bigger tires would help a lot...

You might want to consider an better exhaust too......

I'd recommend wider and sticker tires and subframe/diff bushings to help put the power down to the ground.

I will copy what has been posted twice,

You will not have traction on oem tires or oem tire widths.

It's my opinion that since you are not tracking, 'better' performing pads and stainless steel lines are really the only thing you need to do to the brake system. oem is a pretty good system BUT BBK isn't a bad thing, just a lot of money.

I just switched to 19x11 rear wheels with 305 R11s and i still do not have traction in second gear, third is holding a little better at higher speeds...

I don't think stainless lines are worth it, personally. I've never noticed a difference in pedal feel between stock and stainless on any car, and the only brake lines I've ever had issues with were a set of aftermarket stainless lines. OEM is perfectly fine (IMO).

If you don't want to go all out and go for a BBK, I think the stock brakes would be fine - they stop the car well enough. A decent set of performance pads wouldn't hurt though.
