Griots Polisher Just Died

Anyone else have this happen? Ive had it for not even 2 months, used it 3-4 times. Was half way through removing water spots and bam, just died. Any suggestions? (FYI, yellow pad and 1500 removed mineral spots on hood, havent gotten to the trunk deck lid yet.)

Eek. I have one that's still in the box. Hope it's not an issue.

Griots have been known to break down quite often it's a common thing unfortunately but call them up they have a great warranty on them. Just have to deal with getting it replaced but you will get a new one

Its odd bc it didnt feel hot, it just quit working. So...I took a break...went back out and was able to finish up the 1500 and the 4500. Skipped the Power Lock this time and I am trying out the new NanoSkin Hydro Express. The PL was not very durable.

Well going to see how this one holds up. So far so good. Very easy to apply.

Lifetime Warranty baby! If your Griot's machine dies, you just need to contact them about a replacement.

2nd that one lifetime warranty against factory defects. whoever you bought it from should be able to ship you out a new one and give you a return label on your old one.
