Anyone else on here don't like the Silverstone Metallic color?

it's a great color, we all just suffer from "silver fatigue" - so many of the other mind-numbingly boring cars on the road are silver so it becomes guilty by association

I don't personally care for it, but its certainly not offensive. Like someone said earlier.. thats why we have plenty of color options!

i like it a lot, however, its probably my third or fourth preferred color for the m3. i like the silver, but its going to constantly reflect a blue sky, and give off a bluish hue.

SSII never looks as blue in person as it does in some pictures I see on here. I'm partial; my other choice would have been one of the beautiful BMW blues.

The color when under direct sunlight looks more silver but a little shade and it does have a blue hue to it. The color catches one's eye if you see it driving from a distance, very notable compared to the other colors, at night with the right lighting it's even better.

It's not bad but I personally prefer the gray over silver . But that's why there are different colors to chose from

I love my SSII. With Black/FOX Red two tone interior.
Also check out this Frozen SSII M6 at Detroit Auto Show. SO beautiful if you see this in person.

Looks like SS2 is the popular choice

funny thing is that the bluish hue that everyone mentioned is what I dislike most about it. But looks like BMW got it right since so many seem to like it.

Not a fan. Got silver on my a4 because it hides dirt well. On an M3? Definitely doesn't do the car any justice. The M3 needs something more vibrant/sleek.
