Trust me, at 20 years old, no one is spending their own money on a BMW. Parents money? Sure.

But yeah I agree with you. I'm 21 and a year away from graduating. I hope to have a BMW in my mid to late 20's after I buy a piece of real estate.

Took out a mortgage to buy a condo downtown as an investment (furnished rental property) Looking to start something in either the organic / health food industry or something on the web. Hope to buy a 2nd rental condo in the next few years.
