I have dealership service records and some records from carfax, plus all of the maintenance I did during my ownership. I do see that 1 TA was changed at some point, but not sure about the other, still could have been done but I don't have a record for it. I don't have any record of the clutch being changed, but it grabs great and no noise, hasn't been a problem in my ownership.

Paint:
Clean Carfax No accidents
Front Rock chips
Clear coat faded on hood + roof
Rear bumper cracked paint from bumper tap
Paint correction and Ceramic coating in Aug 2020
Otherwise the rest of the paint is in decent shape and shows well.
Long term plans were to do a cf roof if I kept it, but the faded roof/hood didn't bother me.

Thank you guys, E90 M3 Manuals are a rare breed, not many comparable cars out there in this price range. This one makes a great driver's car, I wouldn't hesitate to hop in and drive it across country.

CIC controller has been changed, the previous one had worn out buttons with silver overlay stickers placed on top. I have replaced it with one in good condition. Updated pictures coming soon if it doesn't sell as I have a few interested buyers coming to see it.

Valve cover gaskets were done and powder coated wrinkle black covers were installed along with new spark plug tubes and upper timing chain gasket.

I just wanted to show off how clean the under carriage is, Northern guys will drool over something this clean. I also forgot to mention the Re-enforcement plate is new, it was completely missing when I bought this car.
