19 inch all season tires question

I have 19 inch wheels and need to install all season tires so I can drive the car around in the winter. A dedicated winter set isn't possible as I cannot store the other set of wheels (one of the perks of living in NYC). Has anyone tried running the Extreme Contact DWS tires sized 255/35R19 and 275/35R19 (which differs from the OEM spec of 245/265)? I also have Macht Schnell spacers installed (15/12) and wasn't sure if the extra width would cause any issues. Interest in hearing anyone's experience with this set up!

The Conti's are soft. I run Michelin Pilot Sport A/S here in NY and it's a great performing all season tire.

Thanks man and good hearing from a fellow New Yorker. How noticeable is the "softness" of the conti's from the stock PS2's? I don't track but also don't want to give up a lot of handling for weekend drives. Does the PS A/S feel about the same as the stock tires and have they been adequate in snow?
