360 Forged Mesh 8's...Quick Shoot

Like I said on the other thread I should have 255/30/20 and 295 or 305/25/20 but ended up with 245/30/20 and 285/25/20 due to lack of tires in south florida right now...Full Shoot coming soon (with front and rear diffuser)

Edit: If you have an aggresive offset in the rear the Dunlop SP Sport MAXX tires - 285/30/20 will rub ALOT...it also looks huge (too beefy of a side wall)

dang, I was about to order 20x9 and 20x10.5 ...hmmm.. not 360 tho. I like more of the slightly still under the wheel well look. dayamn, kinda worried about rub now since i was gonna go with the 255/30 and 285/30 . I guess just depends on how the brand i choose do the offset.

thanks man...it really has all to do with offset/tire choice if you are looking to go with an aggresive fitment...most wheel companies have the spec down just take their suggestion on tire size and brand as it makes night and day difference...

285/30 will work as long as you choose a tirewhose sidewall curves in toward the tread quickly and isnt so flat (if that makes any sense)...nitto invo, toyo t1s, etc will work in a 30 (most of the time) in a 285 but i can guarantee if u have an aggresive fitment the dunlop 285/30 will not work

No hard feelings. They are definitely nice wheels. I am still waiting to get a refund from 360. I ordered a different set of wheels that should be here now within a few weeks...

The only thing that kind of "upsets" me is the fact that the OP is sporting 360 Forged stickers on the car given everything he knows and all the stuff people are going through because of 360.

As far as what 360 told me about your wheels, is that your wheels were complete, it was just the tires that they were not able to get, as the distributor did not have them in stock. Is this correct?

Again, none of my business (and aside from the delays you encountered which is a whole other issue), but they really didnt have the tires. Not saying it as an excuse for them, but if they had them I would've purchased from them. Miguel told me he wasn't going to get them for sometime and that is why he lent me some worng sized tires to drive up to Ft. Lauderdale to get some from a tire shop that had them. Nobody else had any in stock down here.

I know they only have a couple of distributors they work with and none of them had the tires. I wish they did as I would've saved some money.

That is correct but they could have just ordered the tires from Discount Tire Direct that had them in stock the entire time. Any good company should go out of their way to satisfy their customers. How difficult would it have been for 360 to pick up the phone and call Discount Tire to get two Nitto Invo 285/30-20 tires sent to them? It may have cost them 20-30 buck more, but it would have meant that they could have had a happy customer (and probably a lot more). Any good company will come up with solutions to problems. Never once did 360 ask me if I just want them to send the wheels to me. Never did they think about sourcing the tires from someone else even if it meant a Jackson or two less in their wallet. They could have come up with all sorts of solutions but did not offer a single one. Instead all I got was excuses and different stories during each conversation. Their solution in the end was to pass on the wheels to m34jlp, who has had them now for like 3 weeks but I still have not got a refund from 360 Forged...

They quoted you tires as priced from their distributor. If they bought them somewhere else, it would cost them more, and not just a few dollars. If you thought it was just a few dollars, why did you not pitch in that money? You could have just had them send you the wheels, and bought the tires yourself? They are having a problem getting (1) tire for me, but the wheels are done. As of today, I told them to ship whatever they have, and if I have to buy a tire myself, so be it. No biggie. It is not their fault that their supplier does not have the tire in stock. It sucks, but there is nothing they can do. I can't believe you are ragging on them over that situation.
