What adhesive for M3 Emblem?

Switched to the black emblem, but decided I like the silver better.

What adhesive or tape is recommended for this?

3M 06385 Nameplate Repair Tape

I've always used used 3M double sided tape that has a red backing film that you peel off. It is made for exterior applications.
