Help from BMW Owner in PHX (or area)?
Looking for 2007-2009 BMW owner that has Sirius installed.
I purchased a Sirius module, and I need to find out if it's functional or not. Basically, I would remove my sirius module, and plug it into your car, where your currently functioning module is, and see if mine works correctly. It's a quick job, and I can offer assistance in coding, I have all the equipment, but you'd be running the show on that (i don't want to be held responsible). If you arent interested in coding, let me know what would make it worth it to you. - Thanks Alan |

Bump?
No one is willing to help? The test is no risk, just lift up the cover in the trunk, unplug 2 connectors, plug my module in, see if it works - done. I have sp41 data files for all cars (30GB compressed if I remember right). Let me know if there is something else I can do to make it worth while - or you can do it for karma/warm fuzzy for helping someone out. Thanks! |

Well, great news! Finally got it to work, after the 8 or 9th call to Sirius, I got a tech that knew what was going on, -- it appears the original customer-service rep incorrectly provisioned my radio -- everything is working great now!
