I'm trying to just get my car hand washed, waxed, and polished. Then the inside is easy and I can do it myself.

Same here - looking for someone to detail my cars. I'm in MD so it would be great if they were in MD/NoVA area.

Shine Car Shine in Va Beach. They are off of Lynnhaven by the mall. They also have a website. That's the only place I take mine to and they do a stellar job. Btw, I'd love to check out your supercharger next time you are in the area.

Brian does really good work, he uses proven products, and great pricing.

He is a car guy at heart, not a business man and you can tell by the way he approaches his work.

Rod,

Thanks for the kind words, you are absolutely right. I am a die hard car guy at heart just like the rest of us.

Any of you guys have a lift to really get into the crevices of the car? I.e., under body panels, wheel wells, et?

At the shop, yup! Located in Fredericksburg though. Even without a lift the only thing you are really missing out on is polishing for the lower sections and removal of the wheels. With the right products you can still clean the entire wheel and wheel wells without a lift, but it definitely makes it easier.

+1

I took my car to Brian on Tuesday for a winter prep detail and he worked until well after dark with the help of some flood lights in his driveway. Today is the fisrt day I was home before dark to take pictures. I hope the pictures can capture what a good job he did. I will be utilizing his services again soon.

Holy wet paint batman!!! Man oh man does Space Grey ever look great after a detail. A simple single stage correction with some very fine polish like PO85RD would have it looking absolutely flawless!! Great to meet you Robert, and thanks for coming over. That was the first detail I've done during the week like that, and I'd venture to say the last! Glad we were able to get you taken care of though.
