Post your resume at some of the technical sites MS uses for recruiting (e.g., Dice.com) in addition to building up your LinkedIn profile. Fill it with relevant MS experience and MS often will find you (that's what happened to me several years ago which got me to work there - I've since changed companies and work for a San Jose based firm.) Of course you can also setup search agents online at job sites for keyword matches and apply as appropriate.
