Looks great guys.

That's what I've been riding on for a while now. Bought them so I could drive the car in the winter and I just fell in love with the look of them.

They are Dinan offset.

So the other day I was heading out with some NSX buddies for a luncheon and heard this white e92 m3 go by with a killer exhaust note.

I have the full Akrapovic EVO and very disappointed by the sound. I really want to know what exhaust was on that white m3 that flew by.

Is there a thread with all the exhausts with reviews/sound clips somewhere?

Currently running a 265/30 and 285/30/19. Wheel sizes are 19 x 9.5 and 19x 10.5.

I bought these so could drive the car in the winter in MA when the roads were good and clear. I ended up liking them so much I kept them on. Titanium finish.

Tires are the DWS. Again they were for winter fall use. They have handled incredibly well. Drove 1500 miles from SC to MA and back with two track sessions in between. Not my first choice for track, but wasn't about to carry tons of tires with me.

Have a set of PSS 275/30 and 305/30 ready for next year.

Ride height is Dinan stage 3 and their "coilover" system.

Personally the height is great for me and where I live. I can go a little lower but would scrape everywhere with the GTS3 voresteiner bumper.

This is my new winter beater! Dinan suspension on this as well. The stock 20s don't like right with the suspension at all. Dropped it about 1.25 inches all around.

Both systems I love a great deal. I want to retain the EDC and this is the best option for me.

What is there to worry about when running no center caps? TE37's don't accept center caps.

How would you compare the sounds of the two? It's hard to tell in a video since it sounds about the same to me. Is it throatier than the EVO? I think the titanium makes the sound too high pitched.

Have you heard the RPI rear section or full system? I think that is the sound I want.

The Evo didn't sound like an aftermarket exhaust at all. It sounded good in the car, but driving beside it, it was lacking a lot. Too much rasp and not enough volume for my taste. My new setup is much throatier and has more volume to it. Akra wasn't worth the money in my eyes.

I've only heard a full RPi straight pipe with rear section that was obnoxiously loud. Wouldn't recommend that particular one.

AW750li...I guess it all depends on needs and where you live. I consider myself fortunate that I can keep my E90 and have X5M for DD duties. Granted it was pre-owned, but low mileage and I tend to keep it for a while.

Unless this new M4/M3 is going to be better in every regards, I just love the current m3 too much and will intend to keep this car as long as I can.

Personally the E90 does DD very well. Much better than my TTRS did. Hence why I got the X5M.

It's a tough call.

Feel free to send me a PM. We can chat offline and I can give you a good breakdown. I mean X5M is a big truck, but with the right suspension it can make it feel smaller. Just getting rid of the RFT and doing the dinan suspension has made a world of a difference in handling and agility.I still have to get used to spirited driving in this. It accelerates so fast and can take corners like I didn't think was possible for a vehicle this size. Is it as nimble And steering as responsive as the M..heck no. Totally different car though. Tranny is a little clunky is sport mode. I use the paddles and drive in M mode most of the time once everything is warmed up. And I have to say the 6 speed paddle tranny is not that bad. Good downshifts and quick up shifts.

Certainly no DCT. If they put that in this in the new X5M it will be one hell of a machine.
