Macht Schnell Filter Adapter Install???

Hi all,

2013 E92 M3. Got my MS drop in air filter and the Euro-adapter thing. I pulled the bottom part of the airbox out to try and pop the stock spring-loaded adapter/filter holder out...but it's not budging.

Any tips on getting this out? I can press it back into the spring, but the retaining clip is so big, I can't push it in far enough to get it to come out.

Help!

Ended up just jamming a screwdriver at the release tab until it gave in.

Going to leave this here in case anyone else has similar issues...haha
